These terms describe use of the First Customer website and what happens when you send an enquiry.

An enquiry is not an order
Submitting the form asks B-IT to contact you about your business and the possible analysis. It does not create a contract, reserve a delivery slot or create a payment obligation. B-IT will contact you to clarify the request and, where appropriate, agree the scope, delivery timing, final price and terms separately before work or payment begins.
Indicative price
The website currently shows an indicative one-time price of €39 plus Finnish VAT (25.5%), which is €48.95 including VAT. The price is not charged through this website. Any binding offer will state the total price and applicable terms before you agree to it.
Illustrative material
The sample report and any named example business are fictional illustrations. They are not findings about your company, a promise of results or a guarantee that a customer segment will buy.
Website material and availability
B-IT aims to keep the information understandable and current. The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Nothing on this page removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Consumer contracts
No consumer service contract is concluded through the current enquiry form. If B-IT later offers an online order, the pre-contract information, total price, withdrawal rights and any consent needed to begin digital delivery during a withdrawal period will be shown before the consumer places an order.
Applicable law and disputes
These website terms are governed by Finnish law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact B-IT first if you have a question or complaint. A consumer may also contact the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority or the Consumer Advisory Services for guidance.
